These terms apply to your use of REGRA Finance (the “app”), provided by [LEGAL_COMPANY], a company registered in the state of [LEGAL_STATE], United States. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What the app is
REGRA Finance is a tool to organize personal finances in U.S. dollars and a second currency of your choice. You enter entries, balances and cards yourself; the app does not connect to banks or move money. The PTAX rate shown comes from Brazil's Central Bank and is for reference only.
The app does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Decisions about investments, taxes and credit are yours.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your sign-up information must be accurate, and each account belongs to one person.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
3. Free trial, plans and billing
- New accounts get a free trial, no card required, for the length shown on the pricing page.
- After the trial, full use requires a monthly or annual plan, billed in U.S. dollars through PayPal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime under My account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges.
- Without an active subscription you can still view your data, but you cannot add or edit entries.
4. Refunds

5. Price changes
New prices apply to new subscriptions. If the price of an existing subscription changes, we will email you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change.
6. Referral program
- Each user gets a referral link. When a new person signs up through it and makes their first payment, the referrer earns a one-time commission: US$ 3 for a monthly plan or US$ 10 for an annual plan (the amounts in effect on the subscription date).
- The commission is on hold for 30 days after that payment. If the payment is refunded, disputed or reversed during that time, the commission is canceled.
- After the hold, the commission is paid through PayPal on the following Monday (payouts go out once a week), to the email you provide under Refer & earn. Without a valid PayPal email, the payout waits.
- Not allowed: referring yourself, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, misleading claims, or ads that present the REGRA Finance name as official. In those cases we may cancel commissions and end participation.
- You are responsible for taxes on what you receive. We may change or end the program; commissions already released as of the notice date will be paid.
7. Acceptable use
Do not try to access other people's data, overload or attack the service, copy the app or use it for anything illegal.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime under My account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we will notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
